(0.1) Consultation & Pre-Design
Every project begins with understanding you. We take the time to learn about your lifestyle, goals, budget, aesthetic preferences, and project requirements. Through site visits, measurements, photography, and design discussions, we establish a clear foundation for the project.
(0.2) Concept Design
Inspired by your vision, we explore design possibilities through research, space planning, color palettes, materials, and conceptual ideas. This phase defines the overall look, feel, and character of the space while ensuring it aligns with your lifestyle and goals.
Once the concept is approved, we refine it into a comprehensive design solution. Materials, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, and custom details are thoughtfully selected and coordinated to create a cohesive, functional, and timeless design.
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications that communicate the design intent to contractors, fabricators, and trades. These documents provide the technical information necessary for accurate pricing, coordination, and construction.
Following design approval, we manage the procurement process by placing orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking products, and overseeing delivery schedules to ensure everything arrives at the right time for installation.

As construction nears completion, we bring the final layers of the design to life. Furniture, artwork, accessories, and styling elements are carefully curated and installed to create a polished, welcoming, and personalized environment.

Initial Design Consultation
$150 Consultation Fee
The consultation is the first step in our design journey together. During this meeting, we discuss your project goals, design vision, lifestyle needs, budget, timeline, and overall scope of work.
The consultation fee is separate from future design services and is not applied toward design fees.

Hourly Design Rate
$75/hour
Hourly billing is ideal for projects requiring ongoing design support, consultation, material selections, space planning, or construction coordination.
Flat-Fee Design Packages
